Legacy uses the following guidelines regarding Class Tuition Refunds when students cannot attend a course they have registered and paid for, and a refund is requested.
Full Refund: Students who provide Legacy with notification ( email or phone call ) of cancellation by the class time are entitled to a refund of all monies paid, excluding any credit card processing fee. Refunds will be provided within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving a cancellation notice. If materials for the class have been sent; the refund will reflect the cost of learning materials.
NO Show / No Notification = No Refund: Students who do not attend their scheduled class and do not attempt to provide Legacy with notification of cancellation forfeit the paid tuition for that course. No refund will be available for students with No Show / No Notification.
Emergency Situations: Legacy will consider Emergency Situations on a case-by-case basis. If you have an emergency and are not able to attend your scheduled class, please attempt to contact Legacy ASAP regarding your situation.
