How it Works
Description
Crisp, flaky croissants couldn’t be more French, but in reality they originated in Eastern Europe, mainly in Vienna, hence the name, Viennoiseries. We will work with pre-made doughs, cut them and fill them.
Important notes:
- To ensure your comfort and safety during our classes, please dress appropriately for a hands-on, interactive experience.
- We provide all the necessary materials and supplies. We recommend wearing casual clothing that you won’t mind getting a little sugar on, and opt for flat, comfortable shoes.
- Please refrain from wearing open-toed shoes or sandals, as this poses a safety concern when working within a kitchen environment.
- Additionally, for those with long hair, we kindly ask that you tie it back.
