Description

What you'll learn in this cake class:

Leave your Trapper Keeper™ at home, kids. We’ve got all the goods you need. Here, you’ll learn how we layer vanilla cake, lemon cheesecake and milk crumbs with pickled strawberry jam and frosting to construct this strawberry-fanatics’ dream. Then we’ll teach you how to take your cake scraps and turn them into strawberry lemon truffles. 

Walk away with a 6” cake, a batch of truffles and serious strawberry lemon skills.

Please Note:
  • This is not a traditional baking class, but a class where you learn how to assemble a cake.
  • Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during the entire duration of class.
  • Please wear comfortable, casual clothing and flat, comfortable shoes. 
  • Please try to refrain from wearing open-toed shoes or sandals, as you will be baking in an FDA regulated production facility. 
  • You will be provided with a hair net and headscarf before entering our kitchen, if your hair is longer than your ears length, you must pull your hair back in with an elastic band.
  • Please inform us if you have any severe food allergies. 
  • In our classes, we will be working with ingredients such as gluten, dairy, eggs, soy and nuts.

Refund Policy

Cancellations:

  • You may cancel your reservation up to 8 business days prior to your scheduled class date for a refund, subject to a 10% processing fee.
  • No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 8 business days of your scheduled class date, or if you fail to attend.
Rescheduling:

  • You are welcome to reschedule your reservation one time up to 8 business days prior to your originally scheduled class date, subject to a 10% processing fee.
  • A request to reschedule your reservation that is made within 8 business days of your scheduled class date will be treated as a cancellation and you may then make a new reservation.
Transfers:

  • You may also transfer your reservation to another guest with our prior approval, subject to a 10% processing fee.


In the event that an instructor or the school needs to cancel at the last minute, students will receive a
refund less a 5% non-refundable registration fee.
