The Professional Pizzaiolo Training Program is specifically recommended for entrepreneurs who want to establish and operate a successful Neapolitan pizzeria business and who need to be able to transfer all essential pizza-making skills to their working staff members and team.
The initial three days of this comprehensive program will follow the same structured curriculum as the regular program, providing foundational knowledge and skills.
The two additional days of specialized training will be dedicated to advanced practice in pizza production, techniques for increasing output by cooking multiple pizzas simultaneously, learning how to prepare expanded varieties of authentic Neapolitan pizzas with diverse toppings, and mastering the preparation of distinctive traditional toppings from authentic Neapolitan cuisine.
Students have the opportunity to customize and tailor the program structure, choosing to focus intensively on any of the 15 core concepts covered throughout the course to suit their specific business needs.
