Our expert mixologists will guide you through the process of crafting refreshing and festive mocktails that will impress your friends and family. Mocktail class is non-alcoholic and is available for ages 8 and above.

2:00 PM - 2:30 PM
Check-In
As you enter the garden check in with your host. At check-in you can request your food preferences. `Once you have checked in proceed to grab your tools and potions from the Garden Bar.
2:30 PM - 3:00 PM
Tools Introduction
Class will begin with a lesson on bar tools so that you are prepared to safely and professionally craft your potions.
3:00 PM - 4:00 PM
Mocktail Creations Commence
With instructions from your instructor we will create 3 specialty Mocktails that you can sip and enjoy throughout the class. At this same time hors D'oeuvre will be served.
4:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Happy Social Hour
After you have bussed all of your tools to the cleaning station the fun continues in the beautiful Ambiance of the Pot Of Gold. Eat, Drink, Network, Socialize and be merry. All guests receive a 10% discount off future purchases at the Albion Garden Cafe. Receive a $10 rebate off your ticket purchase for bussing your own personal bar. (clean up participation)
No refund. However, with at least 48 hours cancellation notice from the original scheduled class we do offer ticket transfers that the student can use for future classes.
