Wonderful! My fiance and I attended a class this spring, led by Jim (co-founder of the brand along with his wife). It was a sunny day, the windows were full of light and the mood was calm, creative and fun. I watched my fiance and the rest of the class select from a wide variety of colors and textures to build a unique creation. Each person approached the construction of their "bouquet" a different way it was soothing, but also an interesting view into inner minds to see the results. Along the way, Jim and the class assistant (her name escapes me this moment) talked about the histories and provenances of the various flowers and squiggles and how Jim and his wife had invented/improved some of the designs associated with this niche art. In any case, my fiance and I left with a bright, beautiful dash of flowers and greenery, which now sits beside the kitchen sink. It's a nice reminder of a unique experience - that light-filled calming spring day.

Terrific event, can’t say enough! I enjoyed making my own arrangement with all the different types of preserved flowers from all over the world. The flowers will last for a whole year, so it makes it worthwhile. I found the instructors to be entertaining and helpful. I really can’t believe the flowers will last a year without needing to be watered! It’s quite amazing. Overall the venue and atmosphere was friendly and happy and relaxing. I’ve seen these same preserved flowers at other retailers cost 4x more. Next month I plan to do a private event with Petal+Eon with friends.

Relaxing and artful way to spend an evening. Classes have a workshop feel, an easy-going instructor and a small group vibe where people can either chat or concentrate on their arrangements. All materials are high quality and beautiful. Making the arrangement takes concentration, a delicate hand and is very satisfying. High recommendations!

I came in having no experience with the idea of giving something nice to my girlfriend. The arrangement process was very simple: There were a variety of different flowers, it was easy to build and alter the arrangement, and the process was surprisingly fun/creative given that I thought I had no creativity. The girlfriend loved it too. Great crowd, great experience. Highly recommended.

Question from Kusum A.
Hi, do they show us how to actually preserve fresh flowers?
Answer from James C. Verified Educator
Hello Kusum, thank you for your question. Petal+Eon will very briefly describe the 2-4 week preservation process used to preserve the real flowers that become our Eon Flowers. However, we do not train people on how to preserve flowers because it is quite involved and takes 2-4 weeks. The flowers for our workshops come already preserved.
