So you know the basics of sewing--what's next? Our Little Black Dress class is the perfect next step after taking our Sewing 101 class or if you know some sewing basics but want to learn a bit more about dress making. You will learn some new techniques and have a great dress you can wear to your next soirée. What could be better?
Projects: little black dress with or without sleeves, lining and invisible zipper. (doesn't have to be black)
Fabric and Supplies: 2-3 yards of fabric depending on the dress style and size chosen and 1.25 - 2 yards or lining will be purchased by the student and brought to first class. Fabric must be a non-stretch, non slippery fabric. Great options would be crepe, cotton, poly blend, wool blends. Patterns will be shipped upon registration.
Prerequisite: Sewing 101 or relevant experience
Patterns: Patterns provided for this class and will be shipped upon enrollment.
