What you'll learn in this cake decorating class:
Learn how to completely put together a professional looking cake with frosting. In this course you will learn the basics of cake decorating including: proper use of a decorating bag, getting your icing to the right consistency, icing a cake and getting that smooth look, piping letters and borders, making basic flowers, creating different shapes & designs, and much more.
