Have you ever wondered about some of the greatest cheese making regions of France? 

In this course, join us to learn about the Normandy region and the production behind the Isigny Sainte Mere Cooperative’s greatest dairy and cheese products. 

You will sample:
Brie D’IsignyMimolettePetit Pont L'evequeand of course the world famous Beurre D’Isigny butterPlus, get insider tips on how to best match your own favorite pairings.

    I wish I had taken this class earlier - I would have given gift certificates for it as holiday presents! What a great way to spend an evening; a delightful cheese expert sharing personal stories about Normandy culture, mixed in with the history and present day manufacturing techniques. Oh, did I mention the cheese and wine tasting? Lots of cheese, lots of wines, plenty of butter - all from Normandy. And fruit, a dip...mmmm. First a tasting, then we just dug in. We even got a lovely surprise gift to carry home. I’ve told out-of-town friends that when they come I’ll take this class again with them; it’s that much fun (and that delicious!). Highly recommended!

    Such fun! Cara was a great speaker! She really knew her cheeses and had great anecdotes. Marc introduced 3 ciders, fun facts and trivia. Such a great experience! I highly recommend this class!
