Description
What you'll learn in this preserving class:
In this course we will cover the basic science behind making kombucha, why it’s good for you, and how to make it yourself.
If you are interested in Old World food preservation, gut health, or fermentation in general, this is the class for you. All participants will take home a starter culture and we'll have a sample or two!

You must bring your registration confirmation to the Garden for admittance to each class session.

Refund Policy
Notify us at [email protected] at least 7 business days before the start date of the class or trip, and we will refund your fee less $15. If you must withdraw fewer than 7 business days before the class, we will refund your fee only if your space can be filled from a waiting list. No refunds, transfers, or credits are given after the start date.
If BBG must cancel a course, you will be notified as early as possible and will receive a full refund. BBG cancels classes with insufficient registration approximately one week before the start date, so register early!
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
