Total body workout focusing on strengthening your body, while keeping the heart-rate up to torch those calories. Equipment and weights are used throughout the class and is a great way to start your day.
Come in and get a full-body workout incorporating cardio and strength circuits, burning more calories in 45 min then you thought possible!
This is a 30 Minute version of a our Fitness standard. If you are brand new to cycling or a veteren rider who needs a refresher, then this class is for you! We'll offer special attention to each and every student in class, while focusing on drills, technique and most importantly, making sure you are set up on the bike correctly and comfortably.
This high intensity class offers a full-body workout, focusing on strengthening in a circuit-style format. You'll get a little bit of everything here, from KickBox to Core Traning. Careful though... you may get addicted to this one!
The class for the "spinner" on the go! This is a quick 30 minute class geared at getting you in, getting your energy up and then getting you back on to the street.
