This class is for students who have completed a full year of Pointe I. This class continues to teach fundamentals of pointe while developing the student's strength, understanding, and bodily awareness. Students will have the opportunity to perform in Adagio Ballet's Spring Concert at the end of the school year for family and friends.
Teen Ballet is a class designed for teen students who aim to advance their technique and love for dance. They will continue to develop their grace, poise and coordination in a motivating environment. This class culminates in a Spring Concert, where students perform on the grand stage for family and friends.
Teen Modern allows students to learn modern dance technique in classes structured with center barre, across the floor and floor work. Dancers will develop strength, balance and coordination, while enjoying the energy of modern dance. Junior Ballet II/III students focus on graceful, coordinated transitions and movements while understanding the importance of technique and terminology. This all levels class help you discover and develop the more exotic side of pole dancing. Explore sensual movement on and off of the pole, sultry and seductive floorwork, and body isolations. Heels, knee pads, and leg warmers are highly recommended for this class. Note: This class may be 90 minutes and 2 people per pole.
