The main aim of Corporate Sales Professionals is to provide fast, friendly service byactively seeking out customers to access their needs and provide assistance. Professionalsin this position know how to greet, qualify, recommend and close every customerin their department, and know how to handle basics in adjacent departments.

Sales professionals provide fast, friendly service by actively seeking out customers to assess their needs and provide assistance. Sales associates have an emphasis on department and product knowledge, providing information on product features, and knowing related items to sell an entire project. Corporate world is not easy to maintain, the person needs to be knowledgeable enough to handle the sales and marketing.

Their responsibilities also include helping customers in making choices, and assisting them to locate items they want to buy, and also providing information about the particular product they are interested in. The person needs to have an extensive knowledge of his/her companys services and products, and must be customer focused and sales oriented. They work very closely with customers, which is the major reason they need to be able to resolve the customers complaints satisfactorily. They educate customers with product knowledge in relation to warranty and features, along with any special deal or discount that the product may hold.

Their main responsibilities are:
  • Greet customers and determine their needs
  • Advise customers on care and utilization of merchandise
  • Advice customers on suitable goods to purchase
  • Advise clients on any service or product they need information and help on
  • Build customer confidence by offering them suggestions and opinions
  • Deal with customer complaints
  • Demonstrate live how merchandise works

2. Online Training 
All cancellations must be notified over email and the refunds will be provided as below:
  • Within 48 hours of registration and before accumulating 30 minutes training: 100% or transfer to another online course
  • After 48 hours of registration and after accumulating 30 minutes of training: No refund
