Microsoft Project is the most popular Project Management Software on the market. It is used by many different types of industries to manage their projects. This one-day course is all you will need to create, update and complete a Microsoft Project Plan.
When this course is over you will be able to create a Microsoft Project Plan by entering tasks, linking them using relationships, adding constrains, creating and assigning resources, updating them as they are completed, and printing reports about the project plan. Students will be able to take home their files that was created in class to practice. Also, students are welcome to come back for a free retake of the course, good for up to 6 months after their first course.
This comprehensive course will teach individuals to use Project from a beginner to an advance level. Students will be able to create schedules, budgets and will be able to track their progress of their projects from start to end.
