Bobby Bouyer is the Executive Chef at Storyville American Table (Huntington, NY). His specialty is American Bistro and Creole Cajun cuisine. Bobby is a culinary trained chef and has worked in five star restaurants firing up American, Seafood and French cuisine in New York, Chicago and Louisiana. He has over 18 years experience in the food/hospitality industry, owned a restaurant, and consulted on several projects. Plans include farm-to-table Acadian cookbook and several products to market.
