I am an intuitive folk energy healer rooted in the African-American healing tradition--conjure. I believe, like many shamanic traditions, that unwellness and dis-ease is caused by separation. I help folks to re-connect with their core selves and the greater web of Being. Most sessions include ​intuitive energy healing and may also require special divination or ritual. I use elements from nature, namely herbs, stones, and drum, to release, call power, or request protection. My medicine is based on "love practice." I provide witness and wisdom to folks whom I serve, as each of us are keepers of our own healing which sometimes require support. Folks with whom I work often share after time together that they feel different in their bodies, and that they were given specific guidance to continue their healing.
