Discover the creative art and scientific principles behind aromatic blending in The Art & Science of Aromatic Blending, a two-part educational experience designed to introduce students to fragrance composition, scent pairing, aromatic profiles, and the fundamentals of creating balanced, appealing blends.
This class combines a one-hour live virtual session with a self-paced online learning experience. During Part 1, students will participate in a live virtual stream covering foundational theory, essential blending concepts, and practical considerations for working with aromatic ingredients. Students will also have the opportunity to ask questions and receive clarification during the live Q&A session.
In Part 2, students will log into their Peach Academy student account and complete four online course modules designed to reinforce the concepts introduced during the live session. Through structured lessons and guided learning activities, students will explore fragrance families, scent characteristics, blending techniques, formulation considerations, and the principles of developing distinctive aromatic combinations.
Whether you are a creative enthusiast, aspiring fragrance maker, handmade product entrepreneur, or someone interested in expanding your knowledge of aromatic ingredients, this class provides a foundation for understanding how individual scents work together to create harmonious aromatic experiences.
By completing both parts of the class, students will develop a stronger understanding of aromatic blending principles and gain foundational knowledge they can apply to future creative projects, personal fragrance exploration, or handmade product development.
