You will need a reliable Internet connection as well as a computer or device with which you can access your virtual class. We recommend you arrive to class 5-10 minutes early to ensure you're able to set up your device and connection.

What you'll learn in this yoga class:

All classes are changing to Remote Video only for the time being. We'll revisit as the situation improves. 

As you practice you will begin to connect and focus both your body and your mind. Yoga helps us to balance and center our awareness while energizing, strengthening, and toning all the major muscles and organs in our body.

Yoga is suitable for all ages and body types. It promotes strength, flexibility and endurance while providing a source of relaxation through breathing and meditation techniques. The practice of yoga has been shown to reduce chronic pain problems and to aid in circulation, digestion and respiration.

Important Things to Note:
  • Please remove your shoes before you enter each studio space
  • Please no cell phones in the studios.
  • Drink plenty of water. Being hydrated is fundamental to enjoying your classes
  • Please help yourself to complimentary coffee or tea in the reception area.
  • Wear comfortable stretchy clothing.

Remote Learning

This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.

Upon registration, the instructor will send along additional information about how to log-on and participate in the class.

Gentle Evening Yoga

First time taking this yoga class online and it was really nice. The instructor was welcoming and I was able to follow along with the mix of stretching, Strength and Balance poses. I was able to go at my own level. I joined many of the participants who turned their cameras off during the workout, which eliminates a self conscious feeling. I also appreciated being able to join a class near Boston while I was in New York:)
