Hi there, may I know if there are any recommended places to get the materials for the course? Do we need to bring our own canvasses as well?
Answer from Georgia C. CourseHorse StaffCourseHorse Staff
Hi Pei! Students must bring their own materials for this class, including a canvas. The school recommends Black Arts Supplies or any well-stocked art store around the city. Hope this helps!

The class is designed to teach students the basic classical techniques of painting. The class does not use a model, so students will paint a variety of live references such as casts and still life.
