This engaging, hands-on, and interactive course guides you through the preparation of an appetizer and main course under the expert instruction of your chef instructor. By the end of the session, you will be fully prepared to uncork a bottle of wine and enjoy a restaurant-quality, romantic meal that you have created from scratch together.
Chef Jerry leads participants through the Italian Date Night cooking experience. Originally developed as an online class, this course is now offered in-person in New York City.
The menu consists of:
- Double Tomato Bruschetta
- Chicken Marsala with prosciutto and mushrooms
- A medley of seasonal vegetables
Beyond recipe instruction, you will gain valuable kitchen techniques and knife skills that will increase both your confidence and competence in the kitchen.
No prior cooking experience is required. We provide all necessary equipment and ingredients, which are readily available at local markets if you prefer to use items from your own kitchen. Our classes are designed to be casual, fun, and educational rather than intense or competitive. Whether you are an experienced cook eager to participate in every step or a beginner comfortable with observing and assisting, this class delivers an enjoyable experience for all skill levels.
Important Course Details:
- You will be seated with your booking party and positioned at an appropriate distance from other participants.
- Members of your booking party will collaborate throughout the class, sharing ingredients and equipment.
- Please arrive 15 minutes early for check-in while wearing your mask.
- Beverages are not included in the ticket price.
- Participants are welcome to bring their own beer or wine to enjoy during the class.
