If you love wood-fired pizza, head to our back patio for a pizza making class and all around unique experience! In this cooking class, you will learn the art of making slow-fermented dough and get hands-on experience with stretching, topping, and then launching it into our wood-fired brick oven.
You will also learn how to make a delicious and versatile pizza sauce in under 15 minutes and techniques for creating flavorful and texturally satisfying pizzas. We will cover classic Italian topping combinations as well as innovative seasonal creations.
You will taste and work with our chef's celebrated naturally fermented spelt pizza dough and learn how to modify it for speed without using a sourdough starter. Plus, you will take home the dough along with critical tips for adjusting the bake in a conventional home oven.
