Have you tried fresh mozzarella? It’s a far cry from the dry balls wrapped in plastic at the grocery store. In Virtual Mozzarella Making you will learn to make fresh, silky mozzarella at home. You’ll learn to select the right curd, the proper water temperature, how much salt to use, and how to pull/fold your own delicious ball of mozzarella cheese.
