Alece offers vinyasa classes that are dynamic and balanced. Through compassionate teaching, she hopes to challenge and inspire your body and mind. Her 200-hour teacher training was done through Om Yoga. She is certified in Prenatal Yoga through Ishta Yoga. In addition to teaching group classes, she also finds it fulfilling to work and connect with clients one on one. She has a background in Musical Theater, so dancing, acting, and singing were always in her heart, as well as yoga.
