David Goldstein

Teaches at The Institute of Culinary Education

David carefully oversees the hydroponic farm at ICE, managing technology, quality and production from seed to harvest. He has years of experience designing and building hydroponic systems for educational and commercial use, and of successfully growing a huge variety of crops hydroponically and conventionally. 

On any given day, David is planting new seeds, fixing equipment, designing a new farm for Farm.One, or showing farm hands how to harvest and pack produce carefully. David also works closely with staff at ICE to deliver fresh produce for the classroom.
