Grilling and Roasting the Chinese Way

The chef was very kind and eager to share his knowledge with students. He answered my questions and made sure we understood the basic cooking techniques. That is why I give this class 5 stars. The only downside to the class was that Chinese spices were not available. We had to improvise and use the American spices in the kitchen so the grilled and roasted meats did not taste like the ones from Chinatown.

Grilling and Roasting the Chinese Way was a fun and instructive class. I really enjoyed learning the techniques taught by Chef Kian Lam Kho. I would highly recommend his class and hope to come again.
