Nicole has been an avid athlete for most of her life starting at the age of 6. She played volleyball, basketball and baseball. From the age of 6 all the way up to high school Nicole has played boys baseball. After 12 years of making that accomplishment Nicole still uses that same approach by helping others set goals and to help motivate people to do what they want as long as they believe in it and with hard work they can accomplish anything. Nicole has been teaching Spinning since 2010, she got her certification through Madd Dog athletics and is hoping to become a certified personal trainer by the end of 2013.
