Teaches at The Giving Tree Yoga Studio

After spending nearly a decade of travel and living abroad, Pepper has put her books on a shelf in New York City. Combining travel with gaining knowledge, she enjoys weaving the curious sparks of learning and freedom of individual movement into one. Having sustained an independent Massage Therapy practice in Costa Rica for several years, Pepper learned the value of the human connection and appreciation for the boundless gifts that nature gives. Her wayfaring constitution and love of yoga and meditation led her to New Zealand to study Tibetan Buddhist Meditation and to Australia where she earned her Yoga Teacher Certification in Sydney. She also became a Qualified Doula at the Australian Doula College. Pepper deeply admires the clean gloss of fresh foliage and recently spent time at the Esalen Institute in Big Sur, California, exploring the healing properties of medicinal plants and the importance of organic farming. In Pepper's yoga classes you will find a welcoming and supportive environment. She invites a challenging yet uplifting practice as a way to encounter yourself wholeheartedly, explore the potential of your mind, strengthen your body and fortify your spirit so that a sense of authentic calm and completeness can be reached.
