George Walsh is the owner/operator of Accurate Appraisals. A Certified General Appraiser and consultant with over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry as an investor, appraiser and teacher. He is an instructor for all of the appraisal certification/licensing courses in addition to real estate seminars for realtors and first time investors. These seminars outline the need for understanding market trends, budgeting, underwriting pitfalls, cash flow and picking best investment suitable for individual investors. 

Mr. Walsh specializes in areas of new construction developments, renovation projects and large investment properties where bigger picture and future value can be considered. Mr. Walsh received his B.A. from John Jay College of Criminal Justice.
